UoB Bids Farewell to A Number of Its Non-Bahraini Academics at The End of Their Employment

Dr. Jawaher bint Shaheen Al-Mudhahki, President of the University of Bahrain (UoB), praised the important roles played by the University’s affiliates of academics from various countries, as it enriches their colleagues’ experiences, and also enriches and diversifies the knowledge and cultures of university students when they receive their sciences and knowledge from more than one school of science and mindset.
The President of the University spoke at a reception to honor and bid farewell to a number of non-Bahraini academics at the end of their employment at UoB on Thursday (30 June 2022). Dr. Al-Mudhahki praised the efforts made by each of them in their specialization, and said: “And though your years’ of contribution at the University of Bahrain varies, your impact remains in the hearts of the students who have learned at your hands, and the professors who have been with you,” wishing each of them success in their future endeavors. Also, the University President wished the honorees scientific and research links with UoB, personally and institutionally, would continue through their participation in the frequently held international conferences and symposia.
The honored academics gave many words of thanks and appreciation to the kingdom of Bahrain and its people for surrounding them with acceptance,, generosity and kindness , and to UoB for its care and attention, and for providing all that is necessary for a fruitful employment experience, which enabled them to publish many scientific researches and books, and to fulfill their mission in teaching, as they taught many batches of Bahraini graduates, wishing UoB to achieve all its aspirations for advancement, and wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people further progress and advancement.
