University of Bahrain Holds Graduation Ceremony for Students of the College of Business Administration

The University of Bahrain celebrated, within the series of graduation ceremonies for the 24th batch, the graduation of 639 male and female graduates of bachelor’s degree in banking and finance at the College of Business Administration, on Monday January 23, 2023.
The graduation ceremony of the 24th batch, which is being held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him, includes the graduation of students of (2017/2018 – 2021/2022) batches.
The Dean of the College of Business Administration at the University of Bahrain, Dr. Hatem Mahmoud Al-Masri gave a speech at the ceremony. He mentioned that obtaining a university degree is a very important achievement in a person’s life. He addressed the graduates, “The practical life is very different from that of the university, the institute, and the school.” He pointed out that the recent events the world is witnessing have brought about difficulties and uncertainty to the lives of people, who had to make unprecedented sacrifices and adapt to changes.
Dr. Hatem gave a speech before (639) male and female graduates of the major of banking and finance, out of (2517) male and female graduates from the College of Business Administration. He continued, “You are living in the 21st century. You are motivated, enthusiastic, ambitious, and highly skilled so you create and innovate. You are graduates of a college that is one of the top 5% of business schools in the world. You are connected to the world, and you are in high demand all over the world. You should seize the opportunities and take advantage of the privileges available in your developed country.”
The graduates expressed their happiness in the graduation speech given on their behalf by the graduate Mubarak Ahmed Hassan. Hassan said, “We, the graduates of the College, are proud of the University of Bahrain, which is a great scientific edifice that graduates generations who contribute to the development and renaissance of this great country, thanks to the great and continued efforts of the university, under the presidency of Dr. Jawaher bint Shaheen Al-Mudhahka, to achieve the objectives of the University, for the service of the Kingdom of Bahrain. We have been supported by distinguished and qualified professors in all the administrative and academic fields, who spared no effort to carry out their noble mission honestly and efficiently.”
Hassan continued, “Our national university is still witnessing great developments in the academic programs, taking into account the requirements of the labor market and its need for highly qualified human resources. It has also strived to provide a modern scientific environment that serves students and contributes to increasing their academic achievement.”
The graduates received their graduation certificates from the dean of the college, in the presence of their parents and relatives, who took memorial photos with them in the university lobby and facilities.
