Discussing Ways of Scientific and Research Cooperation Between the Two Countries The UoB President Receives the Chargé d’Affairs Of the Embassy of The Philippines to the Kingdom

The President of the University of Bahrain (UoB), Dr. Jawaher bint Shaheen Al-Mudahka, received the Chargé d’Affairs of the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines to the Kingdom, Anne Jalando-on Louis at the University’s headquarters in Sakhir, On Sunday (February 5, 2023), where the two parties discussed possible ways of cooperation in several scientific and research fields.

Dr. Al-Mudhahka stressed the vital role played by diplomatic missions, in developing scientific and cultural relations between countries, pointing to strengthening international relations, and creating broad scientific horizons, through the exchange of cultural minds, knowledge experiences, and the production of joint scientific research between universities at the regional and international levels.

For her part, the Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines, Anne Jalando-on Louis, affirmed her keenness to develop relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Philippines in various fields, including scientific and cultural fields, as well as research and academic cooperation, for the benefit of both parties. Emphasizing communication between different cultures, through knowledge, education, and advanced scientific research.
