The President of UoB Praises His Majesty the King’s Support for The Education Sector in The Kingdom Dr. Al-Ansari Confirms: Opportunities to Realize Honorable Achievements in A Distinguished Educational System

The President of the University of Bahrain (UoB), Dr. Fuad Mohammed Al-Ansari, praised the contents of the lofty speech of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the country, on the start of the new academic year 2023-2024, stressing the support and attention that the education sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain receives.

Dr. Al-Ansari commended the royal directives of His Majesty the King to strengthen and enrich the educational process, praising the continuous follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in developing educational curricula, to keep pace with best academic practices, and continue to improve educational outcomes.

Moreover, the University President noted the remarkable progress witnessed by the higher education sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the universities’ keeping pace with labor market requirements, the developed educational outcomes, and cooperation with prestigious regional and international universities seeking to achieve sustainable development in the Kingdom of Bahrain. “Our students have opportunities to realize many honorable achievements at the local and international levels, in a distinguished educational system that offers many programs that fit the requirements of the modern era.”. He confirmed.

Dr. Al-Ansari pointed out to the interest of the National University in higher education, and its work to improve its outcomes in accordance with quality requirements and international standards, and to increase its effectiveness, to achieve the desired goals for all, by developing the capabilities and skills of students and faculty members alike. Pointing to the quality education the Kingdom has in all educational stages, by employing modern technologies, enhancing digital empowerment in education, and developing curricula to keep pace with the requirements of the times.
