UOB President receives the Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Kingdom Dr. Al Ansari highlights strengthening scientific cooperation with Omani universities

Dr. Fuad Mohammed Al-Ansari, President of the University of Bahrain, received in his office at the university’s headquarters in Sakhir, Faisal bin Hareb Al-Busaidi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Kingdom.

The President of the University of Bahrain stressed the common ties and well-established historical relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Sultanate of Oman, noting the keenness to enhance ways of joint scientific and research cooperation between the University of Bahrain and Omani universities, and wishing His Excellency the Ambassador continued success in performing his diplomatic duties.

For his part, Faisal bin Hareb Al Busaidi praised the mutual relations between the two countries, and thanked the President of the University of Bahrain for the warm reception and hospitality, stressing the importance of developing ways of cooperation in the fields of higher education, scientific research, and exchange of experiences.
