Department of Nursing at the College of Health and Sports Sciences organizes the 5t International Nursing Forum

The Department of Nursing at the College of Health and Sports Sciences, in cooperation with the World Health Organization for the Development of the Nursing Profession in the Middle East, organized the Fifth International Nursing Forum under the slogan “Our nurses… Out Future.. The Economic Power of Healthcare”, on Monday, May 12, 2024, celebrating International Nurses Day, which falls on May 12, with the participation of a group of local speakers and international experts in nursing affairs.

 

The discussion sessions focused on the real investment in nursing staff, the impact of the shortage of nurses on the quality of life and the global health system, local, regional and global efforts to attract both sexes to enter the nursing profession, maintaining nurses in the profession, and increasing opportunities in developing nursing staff scientifically and practically.

 

The forum was attended by Dr. Naima Al-Qaseer and Dr. Fariba Al-Derazi, in addition to speakers from the United Kingdom, the Sultanate of Oman, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
