Mathematics Department at The College of Science Organizes a Workshop on Data Science

The Department of Mathematics at the College of Science at the University of Bahrain organized a workshop titled “Data Science from Data to Action: The Power of Data Science in e-Government”, on Monday, May 20, 2024.

The workshop was presented by Elham Abdulla Musaaed, Head of Systems Development Information & eGovernment Authority, who is a graduate of the Master of Science and Big Data Analysis program at the University of Bahrain.

Musaed reviewed the development of data science, aspects of challenges and opportunities in the field of data science, and its applications in the fields of machine learning, software applications, and general research. In addition, examples of case studies and success stories were presented.
