Applying to Undergraduate Programs UOB Announces Admission is Open for New Students

The University of Bahrain (UOB) announced the opening of admission for new students to undergraduate programs for the next academic year (2024/2025), starting today, Wednesday, June 12, until Sunday, June 30, 2024, indicating that admission will also be open to students transferred from other universities (external transfer) in the same period.

The University invited secondary school graduates who wish to join the UOB in the first semester of the next academic year to view the list of programs and specializations offered by the University’s colleges, in addition to viewing application procedures and general admission requirements, by visiting the University’s official website (www.uob.edu.bh).

It should be noted that admission applications are done electronically through two methods, as Bahraini and non-Bahraini students who graduate from government schools in the Kingdom of Bahrain for the current year (2023/2024) and last year’s graduates (2023/2022) can apply through the national portal (bahrain.bh), while graduates of private schools in the current year (2024/2023) and last year (2023/2022), Bahraini and Gulf students that are graduates of public and private schools outside the Kingdom of Bahrain, in the current year (2024/2023) and last year (2023/2022), and graduates of  Nasser Vocational Training Center, in addition to students wishing to transfer from other universities to UOB, can submit their applications through the application link on the student information system website (sis.uob.edu.bh).

Through the national portal (bahrain.bh), the applicant can edit the preferences for the programs he/she chose through the same website during the application period. The applicant can also edit his/her data on the student information system website (sis.uob.edu.bh) after completing the application process, through the following links that can be found on the application screen:

• Update application information and preferences.
• Modify Uploaded Documents.
