Professional Workshop for Practical Training Students at The College of Business Administration

The University of Bahrain organized a professional workshop for practical training students at the College of Business Administration, in which Dr. Maria Akbar Saberi, Assistant Professor at the Department of Management and Marketing at the College of Business and Finance at Ahlia University and a trainer in PCC ICF, lectured. The lecture aimed to qualify students for practical life and prepare them for the labor market.

Through interactive activities, the lecturer showed the differences between work ethics, law, self-values, and ways to deal with some situations and problems in the work environment. She stressed the importance of reviewing employees’ internal regulations before joining practical training in the company or institution, to avoid some work problems, and to work within a legal framework that protects trainees and employees.
