Professional Workshop for Practical Training Students of The Faculties of Engineering & Science

The University of Bahrain organized a professional workshop the practical training program students from the Colleges of Engineering and Science, in which Reem Ali Miraj, a coach at General Assembly, lectured. The lecture aimed to prepare students for practical life and prepare them for a smooth transition into the labor market.

The lecture reviewed the importance of career planning, understanding the variables of the technical labor market, integration between disciplines, methods of preparing a professional CV, and the need to adhere to work ethics, pointing out that the graduate’s possession of skills enables them to get the job, compared to their fellow graduates who do not have any skill, despite having the same scientific qualification, stressing that graduation from the university is the beginning of the journey and not the end.
