Lecture on AI & Fintech

The Department of Islamic Banking at the College of Business Administration organized a seminar entitled “Exploring the Future: The Role of Artificial Intelligence and Financial Technology in Islamic Finance”.

The seminar was hosted by Mr. Rachid Ettaai, Business Development Manager, and Dr. Muhammad Bilal Project Manager, at the General Council of Islamic Banks and Financial Institutions (CIBAFI). They addressed the impact of artificial intelligence and financial technology on the future of Islamic finance, provided insights into the role of technology in facilitating growth, and how to address associated risks, while ensuring that Islamic financial institutions remain flexible, ethical and sustainable in an ever-evolving financial landscape.

The seminar was moderated by Dr. Dana AlZayani, Assistant Professor of Islamic Banking.
