Summary of 80 scientific research on the biography of the Great Prophet (PBUH) The “Teachers” College Holds the Conference ” Education based on the Foundations of Prophetic Teachings”

The Department of Arabic Language and Islamic Studies at the Bahrain Teachers College at the University of Bahrain recently held a student conference under the theme: ” Education based on the Foundations of Prophetic Teachings”, which was held in its third edition with the participation of a number of faculty members and students.

 

The conference aimed to enhance the participants’ understanding of the values of mercy in the biography of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH), to share knowledge about how these values are applied in educational curricula and educational practices, and to link noble prophetic values to educational university specialization, because the biography of the Great Prophet plays an active role in the development of educational curricula and to promote moral values among young people.

 

The conference – held at the University of Bahrain’s e-Learning Centre – was a compilation of 80 scientific research papers on the subject of the mercy of the Prophet (PBUH) in various fields, with special emphasis on children and the importance of education on prophetic principles.

The opening of the conference was attended by Dr. Lucy Bailey, Dean of the Bahrain Teachers College, and Dr. Awatef Ali Al Kaabi, Head of the Department of Arabic Language and Islamic Studies at the College. The conference was chaired by Dr. Kamal Taha Saleem
