eParticipation is about sharing your opinion with the University. Whether it is by participating in our polls, blogs or even contacting us to give us your feedback.

eParticipation Policy

  • eParticipation commitment:
    The University of Bahrain (UoB) is committed to seeking feedback and advice from its stakeholders, to ensure the highest level of satisfaction, transparency and effectiveness in decision and policy making. Stakeholders are encouraged to participate in various channels such as opinion polls, discussion forums, blogs and contact us feature to share their suggestions or feedback on matters of interest.
  • Terms & Conditions of Use:
    Your access to and use of the University of Bahrain eParticipation channels is subject to the Site Terms and conditions, as well as Kingdom of Bahrain laws. Please refer to the Site Terms and Conditions of Use .
  • Collection of Feedback:
    Stakeholders are encouraged to participate with their suggestion and comments, on various topics available on the eParticipation channels. Users will be able to read all topics and comments posted to the forums, however, only registered users will be able to post their opinions and comments.
  • Monitoring Feedback:
    The University of Bahrain reserves the right to monitor the feedback periodically, but shall not be obligated to monitor and interact with every post .Although the University of Bahrain cannot monitor all postings on the Site, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete, move, or edit any postings that violate the Site’s terms and conditions.
  • Duration of Consultation:
    eConsultation topics will have a duration decided by the University of Bahrain, during which, stakeholders will be able to post their opinions and suggestions. At the end of the duration, the consulted topic will be archived, and users will no longer be able to send any new comments. However, University of Bahrain the right to re-Open previously discussed topics for further feedback if necessary.
  • Use of Collected Feedback:
    The University of Bahrain maintains the right to use the collected feedback from its stackholders to help in policy making, decision making or piloting new opportunities. The University of Bahrain may publish the results of the consultation, but is not obligated to do so.
  • Important Notice:
    In no event will University of Bahrain or its employees be legally liable for comments posted on its eParticipation Channels.
