In Cooperation with BisB UoB Launches an On-Campus Recruitment Program for Students

The Career Counselling Office at the University of Bahrain (UoB) launched the “On-Campus Employment” program, to provide employment opportunities for University students in their fields of specialization, and to link the UoB graduates to the labor market, and facilitate their transition to it, by supplying the labor market with young and qualified talents.
The program was launched on Thursday (12 May 2022), in cooperation and coordination with the Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB), as the Bank’s representatives conducted interviews with 31 male and female students in the College of Business Administration.
Admitted students will undergo a training program at BisB for a period of no less than six months. After the students successfully pass the training period, the Bank will work on offering the candidates full-time employment.
The interviews were conducted by BisB’s Head of Human Resources Department, Dalal Al-Rayes, Human Resources Specialist, Amina Al-Mahri, and Recruitment Specialist, Abdulaziz Shamsan.
This initiative was launched by the Career Counselling Office at UoB, and it is part of a series of programs aimed at developing students and graduates, enabling them to rightly enter the educational and practical life, and providing the community with the best human skills from various disciplines, as a contribution from the University to the development process in the Kingdom of Bahrain
