UoB Cooperates with the Shura Council to Develop Technical and Administrative Cadres

“The University of Bahrain has given effect to the agreement concluded with the Shura Council on joint cooperation for the rehabilitation and development of technical and administrative cadres in the Council.” Stated the Vice President for Community Service and Alumni Affairs at the University of Bahrain (UoB), Dr. Mohammed Saleh Al-Ansari.
Dr. Mohammed Al-Ansari gave his statement during an online meeting held with the Director of Human and Financial Resources Mohammad Adel Jameel, and the Acting Head of Parliamentary Performance Development Dalal Abdulhussain Al-Iskafi from the Shura Council, where he explained that the agreement included UOB allocating seats to the Shura Council in conferences held by the University in all disciplines, and included the unification of the coordination process by communicating with the Continuing Education Division at the Center for Community Service and the Alumni Affairs Office as well.
The two parties agreed on the training needs that require attendance at UoB and included: a second seminar in cooperation with UoB, a statistical analysis course (SPSS), a workshop on the basics of Photoshop, in addition to a workshop on how to prepare working papers.
Under the agreement, the participants in the training programs will obtain certificates, either by attending at the University, or through videocalls.
In addition, under this agreement, the Community Service and Continuing Education Center will implement training programs for members of the Shura Council during the current year (2022).
