The President of the University of Bahrain Receives the Director of International Partnerships at the British Higher Education Academy

The President of the University of Bahrain, Dr. Jawaher bint Shaheen Al-Mudhahka, received Christian Rampell, Director of International Partnerships at British Higher Education Academy (AHE) at the University premises in Sakhir, on Tuesday November 29, 2022, and discussed with him ways of boosting partnership and collaboration.

 

Dr. Jawaher Bint Shaheen Al-Mudhahka commended the efforts of the Unit for Teaching Excellence and Leadership Skills at the University of Bahrain, in collaboration with the British Academy of Higher Education (AHE), to provide teaching development programs and training and interactive workshop, with the aim of improving academic performance and enhancing the technical skills of higher education personnel.

 

For his part, Christian Rampell, Director of International Partnerships at the British Academy of Higher Education (AHE), lauded the remarkable development of the educational cadres at the University of Bahrain on both the individual and institutional levels. Rampell congratulated the Unit for Teaching Excellence and Leadership Skills at the University of Bahrain on being accredited by the British Academy of Higher Education (Advance HE), for the next four years starting from September 2022 to September 2026.

 

The meeting was attended by the Vice President for Academic Programs and postgraduate Studies, Dr. Mohammad Reda Qader, and the Director of the Unit for Teaching Excellence and Leadership Skills at the University of Bahrain, Dr. Diana Abdul Karim Al-Jahrami.
