Dr. Al Mudhahka Congratulates Shaikha Hala Al Khalifa for being Honored at the Closing Ceremony of the Second Batch of National Project “Lamea” and Lauds Youth Participation in National Initiatives

The President of the University of Bahrain, Dr. Jawaher bint Shaheen Al-Mudhahka, lauded the efforts of young Bahraini cadres and their active participation in national programs and initiatives. Dr. Al-Mudhahka noted the role of the national project “Lamea”, under the patronage of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, in Empowering Bahraini youth.

 

Dr. Al-Mudhahka congratulated the faculty member at the Bahrain Teachers College, Shaikha Hala bint Ali Al Khalifa, on being honored at the closing ceremony of the second batch of the national project “Lamea”, which was held on Sunday January 8, 2023, wishing her every success.

 

For her part, Shaikha Hala bint Ali Al Khalifa stressed the importance of such programs in developing the capabilities and demonstrating the skills of Bahraini cadres in the various positions in the public Sector and the private sector. She called on young people to make full use of the programs offered by official authorities and take their first steps towards success.

 

The national project “Lamea” is a youth initiative under the umbrella of the Ministry of Youth and Sport Affairs. It aims to select a group of distinguished young people from various fields and disciplines to undergo a set of challenges, activities, tests and training programs in a supportive and innovative environment. Lamea also seeks to support the distinguished elite of the young people and involve them in projects that serve the country and citizens.
