More than 60 students participated UoB Concludes “Bayan” Competition for Recitation of the Holy Quran

The Deanship of Student Affairs at the University of Bahrain concluded the “Bayan- Eloquence” competition for the recitation of the Holy Quran, with the participation of more than 60 students from various colleges. The competition aims to enhance students’ interest in the Holy Quran and invest their time in their benefit.

The jury announced the first-place winners, with Ashraf Mohammed Mohammed winning first place, Ahmed Abu Bakr Hamdi winning second place, and Munir Mohammed Hussein winning third place.  While student Shaheen Munir Mir won first place, student Maria Abdul Hussain Mirza won second place, and student Hana Ahmed Al-Amer won third place. The competition was conducted online.

This competition was an activity organized by the Cultural Activities Division, in cooperation with the Qur’anic Sciences Committee of the Department of Arabic Language and Islamic Studies at the Faculty of Arts.
