Description
- The student withdrawal service from a course/courses is accessible through a screen in the student information management system and becomes available after the expiration of the deletion and tuition fee refund period. During this period, students can withdraw from any courses they are registered in, and the symbol (W) is assigned to the course in their academic record without impacting their GPA. They have the option to withdraw from all courses in a semester, with the semester only counted once towards the maximum program completion period.
Conditions
- The result of the withdrawal must not lead to a decrease in the number of registered hours to less than 12 credit hours, unless it is the first time, or unless the student withdraws from all courses in the semester.
- A student enrolled in the Orientation Program may withdraw once, provided that the withdrawal is from all courses in the semester, and the semester is counted within the maximum period allowed to finish the Orientation program.
