Professional Development Program in Scientific Research
The Deanship organizes the Professional Development Program in Scientific Research. It is designed to empower trainers (faculty members) with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively facilitate workshops and develop students’ research skills, with a particular focus on research projects and publishing papers. By participating in this program, trainers will gain expertise in presenting educational research content to students, enabling them to create engaging and impactful training sessions for students.
The PDP Program is based on the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) Model. ADDIE is a systematic instructional design framework widely recognized for its effectiveness in developing comprehensive and successful training and educational programs.
