Workshop at UOB discusses Client Relationship Management

A workshop at the University of Bahrain discussed “Client Relationship Management”, focusing on the importance of effective communication and managing expectations.

The workshop was presented by Sara Abdelnabi, Junior executive – business development in Financial Service (EDB), who discussed effective communication, through personalization, proactive problem solving and developing a client profile. Managing expectations by setting realistic expectations, maintaining transparency, and providing regular updates were also emphasized.

The workshop was organized in cooperation between INJAZ Bahrain and the Economic Development Board (EDB) for students of the College of Business Administration.
