Steps to apply for postgraduate programs in the College of Health and Sports Sciences

1. Access the University’s website sis.uob.edu.bh
2. You can choose the language by clicking the (ع) button for Arabic or by clicking the (E) button for English.
3. Access the link (UOB Admission Requests) and then the link (Apply for Admission to Postgraduate Programs).
4. Kindly read the instructions and acknowledgments for applicant students.
5. Enter the information as follows:
   1. Personal number. Note If you are a former student at the University of Bahrain, when you enter your personal number, you will be automatically shown basic information, so you can edit it if needed.
   2. Name in Arabic and English
   3. Nationality
   4. Birth Date
   5. Place of Birth
   6. Religion
   7. Sex
6. Choose (Postgraduate Diploma).
7. Choose (College of Health and Sport Sciences)
8. Choose the Program you wish to apply for.
9. Specify the bachelor’s program you graduated from, the country you graduated in, the name of the university you graduated from, the year of graduation, the GPA format, the GPA.
10. Specify your e-mail address, note that you can’t use your e-mail for more than one application, and you can’t use your university e-mail to apply.
11. Specify your contact numbers and address.
12. Kindly upload the required documents to complete the application, which is:

• First Category: Documents required for applicants of University of Bahrain Graduates
• Recent and colored Personal photograph
• Valid passport.
• Valid License to practice
• Certificate of passing the University of Bahrain English Language Proficiency Exam, or a valid IELTS with a score of at least 5.5, or a valid TOEFL with a score of at least 475 effective points.
• For those with a GPA of less than 2.33 from 4.00 and at least 2.00 from 4.00: a statement of one year’s experience in specialization, or the scholarship letter from the sponsor to apply to the program after the approval of the academic department.
• Two professional/academic recommendation letters.
• Valid certificate in basic life support (required for emergency and critical care nursing programs only).
• Second Category: Documents required for applicants who are graduates of other Universities inside the Kingdom of Bahrain, including the documents of the first category
• Graduation certificate of the previous qualification (equivalent of bachelor’s degree from higher education for applicants for postgraduate diploma programs).
• Academic Record (Transcript) of Bachelor’s Degree.
• Transcript of the cumulative GPA equivalent from 4.
• Click on (Verification Code) and you will receive a letter on the e-mail you included in the application, enter the code in the appropriate area. (Kindly check the JUNK EMAIL if the email does not reach your email address, you will most likely find the letter there if you do not find it in your mail.)
• Click (Submit), a message will appear informing you that you have completed the application successfully.

13. If you need to add or modify any of the required documents or papers, kindly access the link: (Modify Attached Files For Postgraduate degree), then enter the University number in (User Name) and personal ID number in (Password), and then you can add or edit the required documents.
