– Registration, Add, and Drop Periods for Summer Semester 2022/2023.

 

Notes:

  • Calculation of the above-mentioned percentages: (passed credit hours ÷ hours required for graduation) x 100.
  • Payment:
  1. Students who did not register during the pre-registration period must pay the operating expenses (BD50) + the course fees (tuition fees).
  2. Students who paid the operating expenses during the pre-registration period, must pay the course fees (tuition fees).
  • Sunday, 20 June 2023, will be the deadline for the payment of the operating expenses and tuition fees.
  • Fees for registered courses must be paid through the e-government website.
  • The operating expenses allowance must be paid through the Student Information System (SIS).
  • In the event of non-payment of course fees or operating expenses, the registered courses will be canceled.

Reminder:

The student can refund the operating expenses in the following cases:

  • If the student failed a prerequisite course for a course registered in the summer semester.
  • Dismissed student.
  • If the course is only offered in the summer semester (according to the study plan for some academic programs).
  • If the student does not have a seat for a reason beyond their control.
  • If the course registered by the student is canceled by the Academic Department for not reaching the required number of students in sections, and the student does not have any other registered courses (the operating expenses and course fees will be refunded).
  • If the course registered by the student is canceled by the Academic Department for not reaching the required number of students in sections, and the student is registered in one or two more courses (only the cancelled course fees will be refunded).
