Applicants To Postgraduate Studies at UoB Go Through English Language Exams and Admission Interviews

The Deanship of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research at the University of Bahrain (UoB) has organized personal interviews and English language exams for the first batch of applicants to join the postgraduate programs at the University for all Colleges.
The Dean of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Athra Sayed Abbas Al-Mousawi, confirmed that the National University is keen to attract students into postgraduate studies, and apply the best standards in the admission process, noting that many postgraduate programs are in strong demand.
For the next semester, UoB is offering 43 programs in various disciplines, with 34 master’s programs and nine doctoral programs, as the process of receiving applications for admission to postgraduate programs continues until August 13, 2022 via the University’s website https://sis.uob.edu.bh.
While the English language exams, which are among the requirements for admission to postgraduate programs, were conducted in cooperation with the University’s English Language Center.
Moreover, Dr. Al-Mousawi indicated that the personal interviews for the applicants and the English language exams were carried out in an organized manner, as the University Administration provided all the necessary capabilities to conduct the interviews and the English language exams, noting that the personal interviews and English language exams will be held for the second batch of applicants for admission to the postgraduate studies during the month of September 2022.
Also, the Dean called on those wishing to enroll in one of the postgraduate studies programs to enter the page of the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research on the University’s website, where they can find the information and explanations they need about the programs, and they can choose the program that best suits their specialization.
