College of Business Administration Starts a PhD Program in Data Analytics for Newly Admitted Students

The College of Business Administration at the University of Bahrain has recently introduced a PhD program to newly admitted students in the Business Analytics Program, through presenting the Big Data and its applications course, which was offered both virtually and in presence, in which 27 male and female students enrolled.
The PhD program in data analytics is considered a state-of-the-art program in the region. It aims to prepare distinguished scientific cadres highly qualified in the field of business administration and data analytics, which would contribute to enhancing higher education system, and actively contributes to the economic and social development in the Kingdom of Bahrain and abroad. Technology has become one of the basic and indispensable competencies in business management, and one of the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in academic or business communities.
The lectures were presented by the Dean of the College of Business Administration, Professor Hatem Mahmoud Al-Masry, the Coordinator of the Business Analysis Program at the College, Professor Adel Ismail Al-Alawi, the Head of the Administration and Marketing Department, Dr. Misfer Mohammad Al-Mohannadi, and the Associate Professor at the College of Business Administration, Dr. Murad Masadia.
