Meet your Academic Advisor
Each student is assigned an academic advisor when they enroll at the University.
All students are encouraged to meet with their academic advisors on a regular basis, to monitor and discuss their plans for their progress.
Who is my academic advisor?
- Login to the SIS system.
- Click on “Menu”.
- Click on “Academic Plan”.
- Your advisor name shown beside (college name)

- Providing direct support and guidance to students to help them understand the academic plan, and course selection.
- Supporting students with withdrawals, leaves or absences, and expulsions.
- Monitoring students’ academic behavior, and directing students to available services and support inside the university.
In addition to providing face-to-face advising, online advising can be provided through the student information system (SIS), which allows advisors to communicate individually or in a group with all students on their advising list.

The University Health Centre Office is open for Students and Employees.
Our Services
- Assistance to overcome complications related to chronic diseases.

Locker Services
Students can get lockers for their books or personal belongings for a small fee.
How to get a locker?
For those who wish to benefit from this service can submit a request through the SIS system.
- Login to the SIS system.
- Click on “Menu”.
- Click on “E-Services”.
- Select “Locker Request”.
- Click “Add a request”.
- Click “Save Request”.
- Then pay locker fees.
- When payment is successful, your application status will change from new to (paid).
- Wait until your application status changes to (ready) to receive a locker.

Lost and found
One of the responsibilities of the Dept. of Security and Safety is to receive and deliver lost items found inside the University campus.

Print and copy center
The University Central Library have newly equipped Copy Center where students can have access to a number of services like photocopying, binding, laminating, and scanning.
The photocopiers are card-operated. The rechargeable copy cards can be purchased at the Copy Centers.

Student Support
Disability Support
UOB provides different services to support and help disabled students, which include the following:
- Transportation with well-equipped buses from and to the university, in addition to transportation services within the university in vehicles equipped for this purpose.
- Providing disabled students with the necessary help and support during the registration period – Coordinate the efforts of volunteer students to help their disabled colleagues during their time in the university and in the examinations period.

Applying for exemption
This service is provided to the UOB students with limited income, in this service the requests by students are received and reviewed according to the regulations set for this purpose.
