Dr. Bayoumi Appointed as Head of The Nursing Department at UoB

The President of the University of Bahrain (UoB), Dr. Jawaher bint Shaheen Al-Mudhahka, issued a resolution appointing Prof. Magda Mohammed Bayoumi as Head of the Nursing Department at the College of Health and Sports Sciences (CHSS) at the University.
It is worth noting that Dr. Bayoumi joined the Nursing Department of CHSS at UoB in the year 2019.
Moreover, Dr. Magda Bayoumi holds a PhD in Nursing Sciences from Ain Shams University in the Arab Republic of Egypt in 2008, and she received a patent from King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
As Dr. Bayoumi is researching the impact of the latest teaching strategies, enhancing the quality of life for hemodialysis, proton, and chronic disease patients, as well as improving health care. She also has a number of scientific research papers in the field of nursing published in reputable international journals, in addition to being an active member of the International Honor Society of Nursing (STTI), and the Bahrain Nursing Society.
In addition, Dr. Bayoumi was assigned as Dean of the College of Health Sciences at King Khalid University in Saudi Arabia (2010-2014).
