Interactive Workshop at UOB Explores Effective Conflict Management in the Workplace

Several academic and administrative staff members at the University of Bahrain benefited from an interactive workshop focused on effective conflict resolution meathods in the workplace, titled “Smart Conflict Resolution: A Conflict-Free Workplace”.

During the workshop Dr. Hana Saeed Bawazir, Assistant Professor at the College of Business Administration, explored intelligent conflict resolution methods. She also covered techniques for addressing various scenarios that could lead to conflicts, with the aim of fostering a healthy and balanced work environment.
