Lecture on Verifying Islamic Banks’ Adherence to Sharia Law

The Department of Islamic Banking at the College of Business Administration hosted Mr. Yousif Al-Noaimi, Assistant for Sharia Coordination and Implementation at Bahrain Islamic Bank (BISB), to deliver a lecture titled “How to Verify Islamic Banks’ Adherence to Sharia Law.” The lecture covered key topics, including an overview of Islamic financial transactions, Sharia compliance frameworks, and Sharia governance. The session was moderated by Dr. Esam Al-Bastaki, a faculty member in the Department of Islamic Banking at the College of Business Administration.
