Offering 43 Postgraduate Programs In 7 Colleges UoB: August 13th Is the Deadline for Registration for Postgraduate Programs

The University of Bahrain (UoB) announced the deadline for receiving applications for admission to postgraduate programs for the first semester of the academic year 2022/2023 is Saturday, 13th of August.
As UoB is offering 43 programs in various disciplines, with 34 master’s programs and nine doctoral programs for the next semester
The Dean of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research at UoB, Dr. Athra Sayed Abbas Al-Mosawi, said: “The University offers programs that are required in the labor market and the region as a whole,” pointing to “the carefully and meticulously developed study plans, according to the latest contemporary scientific programs and keeping pace with the requirements of the labor market,” and noting at the same time, the availability of the finest educational aids and technology supportive of the teaching process, in addition to the availability of databases, resources, and books in various fields of knowledge.
The postgraduate programs included seven colleges at the University, as the College of Information Technology offers a master’s program in: information technology, cyber security, software engineering, machine learning and intelligent computing, and a PhD program in philosophy in computing and information sciences.
While the College of Engineering offers master’s degrees in chemical engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering management, sciences in renewable energy, sciences in artificial intelligence systems, architecture, and a master’s in science in communications and networks engineering. At the doctoral level, the College of Engineering offers a PhD in philosophy in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering management, and electrical engineering.
Moreover, the College of Science offers seven master’s programs in applied physics, mathematics, nutrition and food systems, environment and sustainable development, life sciences, big data analysis, and environmental chemistry, as well as a PhD in environment and sustainable development, and a higher diploma in weather forecasting.
The College of Business Administration announced offering master’s degrees in business administration, human resource management, finance, accounting, finance and Islamic banking, financial technology, real estate development and property management, in addition to a PhD in business analysis (management, marketing, finance, and Islamic banking).
As for the College of Arts, it offers a higher diploma and a master’s in Arabic language and literature, a master’s in media and communication, a higher diploma and a master’s in applied English studies, and a higher diploma and a master’s in family counseling.
While the College of Law offers master’s degrees in public law and private law, and a PhD in philosophy in public law and private law.
Also, the College of Health and Sports Sciences is offering a master’s degree in adult health nursing.
