Description
- The service for requesting emergency withdrawal from all registered courses is available to students during the last quarter of the semester and before the commencement of the final examination period. This option is applicable in cases of compelling excuses or health reasons that hinder the student from continuing studies for a minimum period of two weeks, or in the event of the death of a relative up to the second degree.
Conditions
- Providing supporting documents for a compulsive or health excuse preventing from Continuing Studies for at least two weeks, or a death certificate of a relative up to the second degree.
Governing Laws and Regulations
- Article (28) of the study and examination regulations at the University of Bahrain.

- Submit the request via the Student information management system.
- Follow-up the stages of the request through the screen until receiving a response through it or by SMS message of acceptance or rejection of the request.
- If the request is accepted, the status of the registered courses changes to compelling withdrawal (WE).
