The President of the University of Bahrain Receives Dr. Sheikha Hessa bint Ahmed to Congratulate her on being Appointed as Chairperson of the Women’s Committee in the Arab Swimming Federation

The President of the University of Bahrain, Dr. Jawaher bint Shaheen Al-Mudhahki, received the Vice President of the Bahrain Swimming Association, Dr. Sheikha Hessa bint Ahmed Al Khalifa, at the university’s premises in Sakhir and congratulated her on being appointed as Chairperson of the Women’s Committee in the Arab Swimming Federation for the period 2022-2025, wishing her every success.

Dr. Al-Mudhadhi confirmed the importance of the role played by the Bahrain Swimming Association in the development of water sports and empowerment of Bahraini women to achieve outstanding accomplishments at the level of the Arab world.

For her part, Dr. Sheikha Hessa bint Ahmed Al Khalifa expressed her pleasure on being received by the President of the University, pointing out that she is keen to provide more support for Arab women in the field of sports in general and swimming and water sports in particular and to promote community partnership.
