The President of UoB Receives the Second Deputy Speaker of the Council of Representatives 

The President of the University of Bahrain (UoB), Prof. Riyad Yousif Hamzah, received in his office on Sunday (20 December 2020) His Excellency Deputy Ali bin Ahmed Zayed, Second Deputy Speaker of the Council of Representatives. 

The President of the University reviewed with His Excellency the most prominent projects accomplished by the University, and the services that it has developed online to facilitate the educational process for the students, in addition to what the University plans to implement in this field in the coming period. Also, the University President presented to His Excellency a presentation of the development plan and what has been achieved regarding initiatives to develop academic programs, students’ admission, global partnerships, scientific research, and training faculty members. 

On his part, His Excellency Deputy Ali Zayed praised the University’s development plans and its role in comprehensive sustainable development and qualification of human resources to enhance creativity and entrepreneurship.
