University of Bahrain Academics Train in Instructional Design

Faculty members from various colleges at UoB were trained in instructional design using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This globally recognized framework helps enhance educational design and enables faculty to conduct engaging and impactful workshops that develop students’ research skills.

The Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research organized a series of workshops as part of the ‘Development Program in Scientific Research for Undergraduate Students,’ held during February 2-4, 2025, presented by Dr. Hayat Abdulla Yousuf, Associate Professor in Chemical Engineering and Head of the Scientific Research Department, and Dr. Raed Ebrahim Al-Jowder, Assistant Professor in Chemical Engineering.
