University of Bahrain President Meets the “Young Inspirers Initiative” Team

The President of the University of Bahrain, Dr. Jawaher bint Shaheen Al-Mudhaki, stressed the important role of young people in community development. Dr. Al-Mudhaki referred to the University of Bahrain’s efforts in serving the community through the Community Service and Continuing Education Center and urged the young people to participate in the various programs, courses and workshops that provide them with information, skills, and various experiences, to effectively contribute to the Kingdom of Bahrain’s development.
The University President e received the Initiative’s General Supervisor Ali Yassin, and the Secretary, Alia Al-Bishr on Tuesday October 4, 2022, at the University’s campus in Sakhir. The team presented an explanation of the initiative, initially adopted by the Ministry of Youth & Sports Affairs. The team stressed that the initiative aims to instill a set of societal values and principles, including volunteering, and enhance the values of partnership and adopting purposeful and sustainable community initiatives by children and young people.
Dr. Al-Mudhaki stated she is pleased and proud that most of the initiative’s members are students and graduates of the University of Bahrain. She confirmed that they are the best ambassadors and representatives of their university through this kind of national initiatives aimed at spreading positivity in the Bahraini society.
