University of Bahrain: Study in the Second Semester Will be Online for the Majority of Academic Courses

The University of Bahrain declared that the questionnaire it conducted last month revealed that 85% of university students preferred to study online in the second semester of the academic year 2021/2022. Accordingly, it was decided that study at the university will be online for the majority of courses.
With regard to the courses that require student attendance, the university indicated that the academic departments at the various colleges and the concerned teachers will notify students of the method of attendance during the first week of the semester, all the lectures of which will be online.
In the event of student attendance, social distancing and all precautionary measures shall be adhered to in accordance with the light signal mechanism of the level of spread of the Coronavirus.
The university confirmed that it will review all its decisions periodically, according to the instructions of the National Medical Taskforce for combatting the Coronavirus (Covid-19).
