UoB Begins the Future Leaders Workshops Program Today 

The “Future Leaders Development Program” will be launched at the University of Bahrain (UoB) via cyberspace, under the title “Discover the Leader Within You”, within a set of lectures and training workshops organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs, in various administrative, leadership, and socio-psychological skills. 

The Leaders Development Program aims to provide students with leadership skills and creative thinking, develop students’ administrative and technical skills, and raise a conscious generation capable of effectively contributing to the nation’s renaissance. 

The program includes two phases, the first begins with establishment and rehabilitation workshops, and the second ends with training and empowerment workshops. 

As the program includes 12 workshops and lectures, all of which start at 12 to 2 PM, and it is scheduled to open on Tuesday (16 February 2021) with the first stage entitled “The Race Has Begun”, which can be accessed through the link: https://bit.ly/3a4sbJB 

Also, the “Get Ready for Exams with Us ” workshop will start on February 23, while the “Self-marketing” workshop will be on March 2nd, ending with the “Skills of an Effective Leader” workshop on 16 March 2021. 

The second phase’s workshops will start on March 23 with a workshop entitled “Leadership and Team Building”, followed by “Dialogue Skills and Accepting Others’ Opinions” on March 30th, and “Protocol Skills, Ceremonies, and Etiquette” on April 6th, and the first phase will be concluded on April 13th with the “Art of Public Speaking and Diction” workshop. 

Moreover, the second phase includes a workshop entitled “The Art of Report Writing and Meeting Minutes Preparation” on April 20th, and the “Skill of Dealing with Media and Social Media” on April 27th, in addition to a session on “The Basics of Digital Photography” on the 4th of May 2021.
