UOB Math Hosts Interactive Meeting with Students and Alumni

A group of students and faculty members from the Department of Mathematics at the University of Bahrain recently gathered for an interactive meeting with alumni. The event aimed to provide insights into students’ experiences and suggestions, strengthen communication between alumni and current students, and highlight the department’s programs and services.

The meeting featured various entertaining activities and competitions and concluded with the decision to establish a local actuaries club. The club will serve as a platform for exchanging knowledge and experiences among its members.

Attendees included Prof. Mohammed El-Hilo, Dean of the College, Dr. Sawsan Hilal, Head of the Department of Mathematics, Dr. Babacar Sik, Coordinator of the Graduate Follow-up Committee, and several faculty members from the department.
